Bernard Doe & Penelope Cowell Doe took over the vineyard in December 2001 and are working hard to ensure that the site realises it’s full potential. Two still table wines are made by judiciously blending the grape varieties : a fragrant dry and a flowery medium-dry. Both make fine aperitifs and will complement fish, poultry and lightly-seasoned vegetable and salad dishes. They are ideal for lunchtime drinking!
